Ben's first Christmas

Ben got to have Christmas in several 'installments' this year. Josh had to work both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so we spent both of those days over at Grandma and Grandpa's house. We opened presents as a family on the 26th, and then we had extended "Kresge Christmas" over at Aunt Sharon and Uncle Dave's on the 27th... which was a combo Christmas/Ben's 1st Birthday fiesta!

This first picture is from Grandma and Grandpa's, on Christmas Eve. Ben is playing with his bag of fruity toys from Aunt Sarah. They are so cute, and handmade!
These pics are from our little family Christmas on the 26th. The little hippo pool full of balls was a hit!

In fact, Ben opened a few other gifts while still in the 'pool.'
Here's the little activity center from Aunt Sue and Uncle Jeff!
And the big granddaddy present that Josh picked out, a Little People garage. I think Josh liked it better than Ben... until Ben learned that he could use it for climbing!
At least the Little People themselves are fun!
Ben got so many fun toys! He is especially loving his tambourine from Aunt Sarah lately, as well as clanging his big red bell from Grandma and Grandpa. There are so many new and fun things to play with!

I love him in the hippo ball pit. He's like, bring me the presents, I am not moving from the pit! Too funny!
