Addendum: Several people have e-mailed or chatted to ask how Josh was making Ben laugh so hard. It's kind of funny, actually. Ben had the hiccups (if you listen carefully, you can hear one at the end of the video), and when he hiccups, his whole body hiccups. Josh was sort of making fun of it, copying Ben when he would hiccup with his WHOLE body. Ben apparently found this hilarious.
