Ben's first haircut

This picture is actually nearly a month old. Ben's first cut was April 25. He had that long mop of hair in front, and Josh finally got sick enough of it to convince me that it was time to cut it. I was sort of sad about it. I can't believe how much hair is actually gone! It doesn't really look that different.
