Awesome! I love that you have the gate up too. Gates are so essential to the walkers now. When we get Van in a real bed we are going to gate every opening possible, no joke.
Oh, and about that craft website, yeah, that lady had her son painting at 15 months, no joke. I don't think I had Adam painting as early as Van is but he loves it. What you can do is get those paint with water books. Those are pretty harmless and Van was doing those pretty early when I didn't want to break out the real paint.
